Deposit is $250 and must be received within 5 working days of you picking out your puppy.  If you are mailing a payment, please send postal money order by priority mail with delivery confirmation.  No personal checks are accepted.  Unless other arrangements are made, deposit must be made within 5 business days, or puppy goes back up for adoption.  Make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances!  Deposits are good for one year and can be transferred to future litters!!

We must have a deposit form filled out, signed and mailed to us with the deposit!!

Balance due by the time they are 7 weeks old.  Balance due must be paid by cash or USPS money order.  This avoids hassle at time of delivery.

Shipping costs or mileage must be added into the balance due.  Unless other arrangements are made,

If the balance due is not received when the puppy is 8 weeks old the deposit is forfeited, contract is void, and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.

Shipping is available and price depends on location of the buyer.  Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping.  Additional costs when shipping include health certificate and crate and airline ticket.

Please Note:  We reserve the right to determine when the puppies are ready to be shipped out.  We do our very best to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays  that are all of my control;  Inclement

weather conditions (i.e. too hot or too cold), hazardous driving conditions, flight schedules and puppy development.   Understand that we will NOT ship a puppy unless we feel that the conditions are safe and that the puppy is ready to make the trip.  We do this to ensure that your puppy will arrive to your home safe and healthy,

If you should become no longer able to assume responsibility for your Southern Indiana Shih Tzu, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a suitable home for it.  We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound!

Puppies are priced individually according to size, quality and color.  We produce high quality purebred Shih Tzu.  We breed for health, beauty and loving dispositions!  We DO NOT sell to pet shops or brokers!!

Our prices start at $650 and up.  We only sell to approved homes with limited AKC registration, on a spay or neutered contract (meaning once we receive proof from your vet of the spay/neutered, we will release the limited AKC papers).

Full registration will be available to APPROVED breeders, and we will be very picky on who we approve. Full registration prices are substantially higher than pet prices.  I must talk to you on the phone before agreeing to sell you a furkid with full rights and you must have references.  Please understand we do this to insure our furkids are going to the right people and places.
